In order to secure representation by Sterling Domestics you must posses the following qualities:

• 5 years of experience working in your chosen field OR a college degree relating to your chosen field
• Excellent, verifiable references
• Clean Driving Record and a valid Drivers License
• Possess your own insured transportation
• Be willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check
• Current CPR/ First Aid Certification
• Trustline registration if seeking childcare employment in California
