
We provide nanny and domestic staff referrals on a full time, part time,
live in and live out basis.
There is a non refundable application fee of $250 to begin your nanny
search. This fee is required with the client agreement prior to beginning
your candidate search.
The placement fee is due upon acceptance of an offer for employment to
the candidate of your choice. This fee is in addition to the
application fee and includes background checking and a 90 day replacement
guarantee.
Temporary fees are evaluated on a case by case basis. Please contact us
to discuss your temporary needs.
Sterling Domestics is committed to working closely with your family in
order to find the most qualified candidates for your position.
All applicants are screened in person and we screen potential candidates
for experience, intelligence, loyalty, stability and a strong work
ethic. Because our screening process is so exhaustive we typically accept
only 25% of the candidates who apply for representation.
When a candidate is screened, focus is on professionalism,
age-appropriate experience, childcare style (if appropriate) and work
history. We work with a leading employer securities firm to perform a
thorough background investigation on your nanny prior to placement
which includes a Criminal Records search as well as a Motor Vehicle
Records search. Your placement is guaranteed for 90 days from the
candidates start date.

those candidates who exhibit a strong work ethic coupled with a genuine
desire to improve upon the lives of our clients and their households.
